Terms of Service — TIKGRAM DMS Backup V1

1. Internal use and eligibility

TIKGRAM DMS Backup V1 is a planned enterprise email backup component for HK TIKGRAM TECHNOLOGY LIMITED’s own business use. Only personnel or account holders expressly authorised by the company may use or administer it. It is not offered as a public customer product, paid subscription or consumer backup service. The component is not yet operational.

2. Permitted purpose and restrictions

Authorised use is limited to storing and managing company-approved encrypted backup archives and supporting approved integrity checks and restoration. Users must have authority to handle the relevant company data and to grant access to the chosen Google Drive account or destination.

Do not use the component for unauthorised personal or third-party backups, unlawful activity, bypassing access controls or disclosing company data, credentials or recovery materials to unauthorised persons. Company information-handling requirements continue to apply.

3. Administration and authorisation

The company controls whether the component is activated, who may administer it and which backup destinations and permissions are approved. Any Google OAuth consent must accurately reflect the permissions requested. The final request and granted scopes must be checked before use; the currently recorded drive.file configuration is not proof of a valid grant.

An account holder may withdraw Google access through their connected-app settings and inform the company. The company may suspend access, disable the integration or replace an approved arrangement. Withdrawal does not automatically delete retained archives or other company records.

4. Availability and responsibility

Operation would depend on authorised access, properly managed encryption and recovery materials, network connectivity and the availability of Google Drive and other approved services. No uninterrupted operation, absolute security or successful recovery is promised by these terms. The company must verify backups and restoration before relying on the component.

Authorised users and administrators must follow company procedures and report failures or suspected unauthorised access promptly. These terms do not exclude responsibilities or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

5. Changes and applicable provider terms

The company may revise the component, its approved use or these terms as operational needs change. Material changes should be reviewed and communicated to authorised users before implementation. Use of Google services remains subject to Google’s applicable terms and policies. This component is managed by the company and is not represented as endorsed or verified by Google.
