HK TIKGRAM TECHNOLOGY LIMITED has completed the deployment and initial production validation of its self-hosted enterprise mail infrastructure, marking another step in the company’s continued development of independently managed digital infrastructure.
The new mail system has been designed to provide HK TIKGRAM with greater control over its corporate email environment while supporting the company’s growing operational and technology requirements.
Rather than relying entirely on externally managed mailbox services, HK TIKGRAM has developed and deployed its own mail infrastructure using company-managed systems in Hong Kong.
The project covered multiple areas of infrastructure engineering, including mail server deployment, domain and routing configuration, encrypted communication, authentication, public email delivery, system security, and production testing.
Following deployment, the system underwent a series of technical validation procedures covering both inbound and outbound email operations.
The production environment successfully completed tests for public email reception, authenticated encrypted mailbox access, authenticated email submission and real-world external email delivery.

The mail server project forms part of HK TIKGRAM’s broader strategy to gradually develop a more independent, controllable and resilient technology foundation for its business operations.
