HK TIKGRAM TECHNOLOGY LIMITED has reached a new milestone in a scientific instrument project for a university in Hunan Province, Mainland China, as the project advances through its current stage of commercial settlement and procurement coordination.

The project involves a Rigaku MiniFlex600-C X-Ray Diffractometer, with HK TIKGRAM participating in the supply and cross-border business coordination of professional scientific instrumentation.

Under the agreed contractual arrangement, HK TIKGRAM has now received the 70% balance payment for the project. The payment has been verified against the relevant contractual terms, completing the current stage of customer-side payment settlement.

At the same time, payment for the corresponding equipment procurement has also been completed on the supplier side. The company has completed the related payment reconciliation, procurement settlement and supporting documentation procedures for this stage of the project.

This progress represents another step forward in HK TIKGRAM’s scientific instrument business and reflects the company’s continued capability in coordinating commercial execution across customers, suppliers and technology partners.

Scientific instrument projects require careful coordination across multiple stages, including contractual arrangements, procurement, international supply, payment settlement, documentation and subsequent project execution. HK TIKGRAM continues to strengthen its experience in managing these processes while maintaining clear financial and operational records throughout each stage.

With the current financial settlement and supplier procurement payment stage completed, the project will continue to proceed in accordance with its agreed implementation arrangements.

This update relates specifically to the project’s current settlement and procurement stage. Equipment delivery, installation and final acceptance have not yet been announced as completed.
